Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products can be accessed immediately after delivery, refunds may be limited. We will, however, work with you to resolve technical issues.

  • If a digital product is not delivered or is materially defective, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a fix, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind after delivery, compatibility issues caused by unsupported third-party plugins, or misuse outside the documented setup.

Custom development

  • Custom development work is billed for time/scope. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
  • If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will provide a proportional refund for undelivered work.

How to request a refund
